Lawfulness of processing – Refusal of processing

Right of access and rectification

Any request must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document with a photograph. We undertake to respond to your request within 30 days.

Right of objection

The principle of minimisation of the collection of personal data resulting from Article 5 of the RGPD is applied in the company. However, the data subject may object to the processing of his or her personal data at any time, in particular if he or she contests the legitimacy of the reasons pursued by the controller.

Right to erasure

Any person may request the suspension of the use of personal data held by Biogroup where such data are deemed inaccurate or unnecessary, or where their use is disputed by the data subject.

Supervisory authority

The supervisory authority designated by French law is the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL), which you may refer to in the event of a dispute in the exercise of your rights or if you believe that your complaint relates to a breach of the Data Protection Act.
